Clarion Inn & Suites Airport, Grand Rapids

This hotel left a lot to be desired. While I appreciated the location near dining options, the overall experience was marred by poor service and unclean accommodations. Although there were some positives, including responsive housekeeping, it’s evident that improvements are urgently needed in many areas.

I had a mixed experience at the Clarion Inn. The staff, particularly Marcia at the front desk, was welcoming and quick to respond to our concerns. However, the cleanliness of the first room was disappointing, and the overall condition of the second room seemed outdated. On a positive note, the breakfast offerings were diverse, and the kids enjoyed the pool. While the price was reasonable, I think the hotel needs to focus more on improving the room conditions.
